Yani's stars claim mercury is rising...
I'm still smiling! It's a freakin wonder... this is my last 3 months...
It starts in November with...
The Bad Bits
Computer motherboard blows up.
Then a colonoscopy... stave, crap for 2 days, have the nine foot black snake up the arse in a room with 14 onlookers. No wonder they knock you out, it's so you can't see the spectators laughing. Two days of intense stomach pain as the compressed air user to 'get around the bends' is released. And 6 weeks of depression for that anesthetic. No I don't have cancer just the signs that that say, come back for another in 2 years.
Spend 2 days moving disks to a different box, just different enough for Windows to crack up.
Then after not much sleep when I should have racked off for the weekend, can't help but say yes to updates on the web for Karavan and a mailer. Saturday night cope a load of abuse for correcting spelling from one of Karavan's clients. I'm not paid for abuse, I've not been paid at all in 4 months.
Another great job done and my friends at Karavan send in the reward... $28,000 of effort = $1,000 of reward.
Attempt to negotiate a better deal, as you would and get the most smart arse letter and general dismissal.
Too late now to do a uni unit, I get the dreaded Centrelink letter, please explain... and I do.
Christmas gets a bit sucky as it would with drama with client/friends (X) in ones inner circle.
Buy a TV tuner card on eBay from a dude who made 300 sales and had perfect feedback and the card doesn't arrive. A week later the TV catches fire.
Centrelink process me and decide I can live on dust and ice as I'm a non-student.
Two weeks goes by and I get another Centrelink letter "You owe us $5050.81 for being a criminal."
I have like 3 fillings in my teeth... go to the dentist and I score two more.
Hey I'd stopped smoking but hey what the fuck.
On the good side...
Boy did I get smashed on new year's with Andrew! And we went for luch the next day and came home at 3am, smashed again.
Googled missing friends when bored and found Wane Hartwig on Linkedin. 10 years since we have seen each other so 3 bottles of wine were very much as there was lots to catch up on.
Spend a few days with Craig and Jody helping about the house at Redcliffe.
And best of all back at Uni doing my major project for the BA.
Two web projects one for Brian Hand Photographer and one for Graham my PT.
I'm still smiling but I sure have some grumpy days.
